A tiled roof seen from above in winter sun, with three roof windows set into it and a white dormer with glazed doors at the end, gardens beyond.

Your home keeps itself fresh, and uses 40% less energy.

ClimateWise is one intelligent layer across your home. It understands what is happening inside your home, looks ahead and decides what your home should do next.

The product is under development and is subject to change or may not go into production.

Cutaway of a family home on a hot day, the sun beating into every room, the windows shut and nothing reacting. The same home with ClimateWise running: roof windows open, shading down, ventilation moving air and the underfloor loops warm.

ClimateWise.

It senses. It predicts. It acts.

ClimateWise keeps an eye on your home so you don't have to. It senses the temperature and air quality in every room and reads the weather forecast.

When a hot day is coming, it acts before the heat gets in: it lowers the blinds, opens the windows for fresh air, turns the heating down and gets the air moving.

You set it up once. After that, your home just stays comfortable, day after day, without you touching a thing.

Your indoor climate: Optimal

ClimateWise makes micro decisions 24/7 to keep your home comfortable.

Night, the baby's room

Someone's asleep with the door closed and the CO₂ climbs. ClimateWise sees it and turns up the ventilation, so the room stays fresh all night.

Everything comes in one box. You install it yourself in an afternoon.

1 hub, 5 room sensors, and small controls that connect your heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Radiator thermostats are optional.

The product is under development and is subject to change or may not go into production.

The ClimateWise kit together: the hub, a room sensor reading 22 °C, 45% humidity and 800 ppm, the smart connector with its network plug, and the optional radiator thermostat at 21.5 °C.
  • The ClimateWise hub, a low white box with the Nivara logo on the front and a single status light beneath it.

    ClimateWise hub

The brain of the kit. It reads the sensors and the weather forecast, and decides what your home does next.

  • A round white room sensor, its face reading twenty two degrees, forty five percent humidity and eight hundred parts per million of carbon dioxide.

    02

    Room sensor

Measures temperature, humidity and CO₂. Put one in each room you want to keep comfortable.

  • The smart connector, a round white puck with a softly lit ring and a short cable ending in a network plug.

    03

Heating + ventilation + air conditioning

Small connectors that link your existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning to the hub. No rewiring.

  • A smart radiator thermostat, a white cylinder with a ridged collar, its face reading twenty one and a half degrees.

    04

    Smart radiator thermostat

Optional. One per radiator, so each room can get its own temperature.

  • The ClimateWise app on a phone, showing a home in Viborg with its air quality, comfort and the money saved so far.

Tested in real homes, not just in theory

“The system opened my eyes to things that are more difficult to feel — CO₂, for instance, that dimension is interesting.”

What people ask before they sign up

Does it work with the home I already have?

Check the house configurator and answer a few questions about your heating, ventilation, cooling and roof windows, and you will see what ClimateWise can and cannot control in your home.

How much energy will I actually save?

The energy savings depends on location and climate and the systems ClimateWise controls. From simulations controlling heating, cooling, ventilation and roof windows we can save up to 40%.

Is there a subscription?

ClimateWise comes with a 1 € monthly subscription (which you get for free for a full year if you sign up as early adopter).

Can I still control things myself?

Yes, you always have the option of manual control.

When can I get it?

Sign up for early access and you will be the first to know when we have news to share.

Up to 40% lower total energy demand modelled for a newly built single-family house in Rome (–43%) and Paris (–36%) with smart control of windows, shading, heating and cooling compared with a manually operated baseline. Savings are mainly driven by adaptive comfort-based cooling control compared with a fixed 23°C cooling setpoint in the baseline, and by reduced heating setpoints during periods of absence. Based on a simulation study (2025). Results are indicative and vary by climate, building and user behaviour.
